The Board
Inspac Board is committed to investing in appropriate capacity and resources to ensure that Inspac is built to international standards and is managed well. The Inspac Board comprises four (4) Directors, two representing shareholders and two outside Directors bringing wider corporate and government board experience.
Independence and good corporate governance will be the cornerstone of Inspac Board’s Philosophy. This vision, drive and commitment to building successful business enterprises will now be channelled into this new long-term investment in an insurance company. The Core Team
Inspac’s underwriting staff have a combined 35 years of underwriting experience in the PNG market. All staff are being trained to fully utilize the full ambit of the software which gives them a distinct edge in proficiency and quality plus the integrity of information and data.
The Inspac Management Team is being built on the back of some of the most experienced insurance professionals in PNG together with carefully selected expatriate support, committed to building a world-class insurance operation, capable of competing not just in the PNG domestic market but also in the international arena.
