If you are calling about new claim, you will need to provide us with as much information as possible so that we can be
able to assess what steps need to be taken.
If there is a need for a Loss Adjuster to be appointed, we will do so and advice you immediately.
We will manage the claim on an ongoing basis and keep you informed of the progress until all aspects of your claim have been finalised and resolved.

If you are making a Contractors Plant & Equipment claim or Motor Vehicle Claim (Private/Commercial), please use the General Motor Vehicle Claim Form.
If you are making a Home & Contents claim, Fire claim or Industrial Special Risks claim, please use the Property Claim Form.
If you are making a Public Liability claim, please use the Public Liability Claim Form.
If you are making a Workers Compensation claim, please use the Workers Compensation Claim Form. This must be completed by the injured employee.
